where spares availability is an issue in the market, when repairing cost
reaches above 50% of the cost of the intended item, SKD ask the costumer
for instructions.
SKD provides quotations of repairing item for pre-approval before giving
final touch to the repairing item, after the approval of customer only SKD
finishes it’s repairing.
In case when the repairing charges are very high, SKD provides the warranty
for the repaired item for specific time limit according to the condition of the
item for the repaired fault only
SKD provides strict delivery schedule to the customer.
SKD takes whole and Sole responsibility to track records of repairing
history of items repaired.
SKD always work with 90 % advance and it request valuable customers to
make 10% payment after successful trial of repaired item i.e within 15 days.
SKD provides onsite service with extra charges @ Rs. 5500/- per visit in
case of emergency.
SKD provides damaged / replaced parts back to the customers
SKD charge as per actual charge of costly power and controller components
along with service charges without any seeking of profit.
SKD neither impose any local make component nor do bypassing of
components for providing cheaper service. SKD never provide any service
by compromising its own ethics and standards.
